Background

Max Music was formed in the late -90s to host and administer Inhouse song writing for Pama Records (SWE) roster.

This way the songwriting got the same attention as the artists. For that is what Max Music is all about - the songs! We live, eat and breathe music and therefore we see it as our obligation to give good music the break it deserves. Our staff has been in the music business for many years - both on the management/label side and the performing side.

That is why we can offer a unique combination of professionalism and understanding of the creative process. Back to the story of us, the company went into backburner when we signed a sub publishing deal with Warner Chappell in the early -00s and had them administer and shop the creative works of our talented artists.

As the market changed a couple of years into the new millennium we realized that it was time to make a change and go back to where we came from. We parted with WC as best of friends and started to build our catalogue once again.

And now when we write 2006 Max Music Scandinavia is stronger than ever! With more staff, more songwriters, amazing artists, (that also write) second to none studios and good results to back up what we're boasting about, the future looks really bright!
